MALAYSIAN ASSOCIATION OF REGISTERED ENERGY MANAGERS AND ENERGY AUDITORS
The objective of MAREMA is to provide collective voices and feedback from Energy managers and energy auditors to Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) and the various stakeholders involved in the EE industry development in Malaysia. This will surely help increase the performance and capabilities of Registered Energy Managers and Energy Auditors in the market.
We hope that REMs and REAs will join this organisation. We need to be involved in the efforts by the government in shaping EE industry and critical roles can be played by REMs and REAs .
Your presence will help to make our voices louder and noticed by all stakeholders especially in the enforcement of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2024.

Experienced in guiding companies in developing and implementing energy management system since 2012 and the expert trainer for Energy Management and Energy Audit Training for Industrial Installations for recipients of the Energy Audit Conditional Grant organized SEDA Malaysia since 2020.
The one day training module designed to guide with examples for energy consumers and Registered Energy Managers to develop and implement energy management system based on Guideline on Energy Management System published by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission).
We believe the training will provide sufficient information and tips with step by step actions to meet requirements from Section 4 until Section 8 of the Guideline.
Another highlight will be the demonstrations by the trainer on:-
1. How to perform the Regression Analysis to confirm relevant energy variables that will help in the establishment of Energy Efficiency Indicator(EEI) and Energy Baseline(EnB).
2. How to establish EnB from the statistical model developed based on Regression Analysis.
3. How to perform financial evaluation for proposed energy saving measures with methods such as Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return.
